I am having daily congestion due to being pregnant and already struggle breathing through my nose due to a deviated septum. I was waking up with a sore throat daily from breathing through my mouth in my sleep. I decided to give these a go and I honestly don't think I'll ever stop using them! I'm not sure how these compare to other brands/versions of this product because I've only tried these, but they have helped me breathe so much better at night while I'm sleeping and get much better sleep. I've stopped waking up with sore throats every day! They are very comfortable to wear, I don't notice them or take them off in my sleep. There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to figuring out where exactly to place them on the nose, but it only took a few days of trying them to figure it out. They are plenty sticky, but don't damage my skin at all and I have VERY sensative skin, especially with my pregnancy. They do not hurt to remove in the morning. They leave a slight red mark, but it fades within about 5-10 minutes.

ive struggled with insomnia the last 3.5 years and recently found out through a sleep study that i have obstructive sleep apnea. i have an enlarged turbinate on my right side that makes it pretty much impossible to breathe out of my right side. i can only breathe out of my nose at half capacity during the day too, which has reduced my sense of smell to almost nothing. I don’t have a CPAP yet nor have i gone to my ENT for surgery, so i bought these hoping for a temporary solution. right away i noticed a substantial difference in my breathing, and my sleep quality has improved immensely. they stay on all night, although you must endure the area is completely dry, as they don’t adhere well if there are any oils on your skin. i will definitely be purchasing these again until i’m able to find a more permanent solution!

This nose strip works really well, the adhesive doesn’t irritate my skin. It sticks well throughout the night, and it really opens up my nasal passage— I never knew I could breathe so much through my nose. The only two issues I have with this product is that moisture collects under it overnight, even though im not sweating, so I end up with some moisture marks because it’s not breathable for the skin underneath, but that marking does disappear throughout the day when my skin is exposed to air. Second thing is that because the firmness of the thin plastic is meant to expand the skin on the sides of the nose, I end up with slight bruising on the center of my nose bridge every time I use these strips. This is because the nose bridge is used as an anchor to support the two sides being lifted. My nose isn’t even that big, so that’s a huge concern for me.

They open up my nose really well and make it much easier to breathe, especially at night. I noticed a difference almost immediately after putting one on. The adhesive is also very good. It stays in place all night without peeling off or shifting around. The first few times wearing them, they can feel a little uncomfortable, especially when trying to fall asleep, since you’re not used to having something on your nose. But after a couple nights it becomes easy to get used to and doesn’t bother me anymore. Overall, they work exactly as advertised and really help with breathing through the nose while sleeping. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought these on the whim to use up the rest of my FSA funds for the year. One of the best random purchases I’ve ever made! I have very, very, very mild sleep apnea, which I don’t really need it CPAP machine and it tends to be doing more harm than good. Tried one of these and noticed the very first night as soon as I put it on I was breathing better through my nose and they’ve increased my sleep according to my smart ring I get better sleep when I wear them. I was very skeptical, but these are legit. The only thing is occasionally they don’t stick well, even after washing and drying your face but maybe that’s something to do with my skin even though it’s not oily and runs on the dry side definitely worth a try though

I have used these Breathe Right nasal strips multiple times, and overall they work very well for improving airflow at night. Once applied, they noticeably open the nasal passages and make breathing easier, which helped reduce congestion and made sleeping more comfortable. The strips stay in place throughout the night and are easy to apply. In terms of performance, they do exactly what they are intended to do. The main drawback I’ve experienced is the adhesive. In the morning, after removing the strip, there is often glue residue left on my nose. At times, it can be difficult to fully remove—even after washing with soap—so it may require extra cleaning. Aside from that issue, the product is effective and reliable for nighttime breathing support. If you are looking for a drug-free solution for congestion or snoring, this is a solid option, just be aware of the adhesive residue after removal

Can give you a quick relief for your nose airways if one is blocked, I think this is gonna be perfect in gym or while sleeping, to help depend more on nose breathing rather than mouth when exercising.
