【How to use the products】 GYM mode (Soft care mode)-Apply cream sufficiently on the electrodes.-Turn on power switch by pressing it long for over a second.(This product will not be operated unless you put it onto your skin after power is turned on.)-This GYM mode will be lit and level 1 will be indicated when you turn on power switch.-Use the “<”or“>”switch to set your desired level for strength control.(There are 6 levels for exercise strength.)-If you place the product tightly on the body,it will be operated after a second with alarm sound.The Aesthetic LED will be lit on the product floor at the same time.-Recommended operation time is about 10 minutes per area,and the product will be turned off due to its auto time off function after 10 minutes.-Keep the product or place it onto the charging cradle for charging after completely removing cream from the product’s bottom as well as turning off power when you finish using the product.
