Its very simple and easy to set up using the "DAFIT APP" once paired with Bluetooth it can be used just like a speaker thats how loud the volume is. The sound quality is 10 out of 10, it charges very well and it has a long battery life. The watch us very accurate and the words are readable you dont have to strain your eyes to read whats on the screen also the watch as a professional look.
