Very nice quality frame and also very good finish to the engraving. Arrived in 2 days. Also bubble wrapped inside box. Very good service, I have used this company 3 times now and I'm always impressed. One small minus point which, to be fair, may be down to Amazon. This time I wanted 2 frames for 2 different people, so, obviously, different engravings. I completed first order then when I went on to start 2nd order an alert popped up asking " are you sure you want to place a duplicate order?" This got me thinking , if I go ahead will I get the first engraving on both frames? so I waited for 1st one to be delivered before placing 2nd order. It didn't matter too much because I had both within 4 days but just thought it worth mentioning. I will use this company again and not hesitate to recommend them, thanks.

We bought these for our bridal party as gifts.We couldn't be happier, the seller was very helpful, as we wanted each frame personalised. My fiance was happy, as they managed to engrave even in her own language. The frames came earlier than we expected. Each frame is nicely packed, in tissue paper, then bubble bag, and then box. The engraving is really beautifully done.

My personalised frame was delivered yesterday (2 days earlier than expected - which is always good) and was not disappointed!The frame is absolutely beautiful and the engraving is perfect. There was a problem with my e mails and the photo frame arrived unengraved. I telephoned Engrave it online who asked me to send it back. I received it 4 days later engraved beautifully. Thank you again
