Honestly didn't expected the product to be this good. We tried it for kebabs and first time ever kebabs made at home were juicy and soft.Good product and can be given a try.

Meat gets very tender when you use this powder. Caution do not use it if you are mixing rice with meat to make dishes like Yakni biryani. The rice tends to overcook.
