This is a great safety device for everyone to carry in their vehicle. You can jump a car and fill the tires which is why I purchased it. I live in the country so if my tire is low, it's a problem but this fills it (along with my side-by-side and lawn tractor) perfectly. I do have to say I tried to jump a very dead battery on my care and it worked 1 time but not again so I needed to get a stronger unit for that type of jump. I think on a low battery it would be fine because it did work the first time after many tries, but after not driving the car for 2 weeks it would not do it again.

Put it in your trunk and it's like AAA in the car with you! Jumps batteries, airs up tires, charges all your tech. Even has a plug in for small appliances when the lights go out!

I heard about this item from a friend and so I bought one to see if it worked. It does. No more carrying around jumper cables or trying to find someone to jump you. And if you're trapped in the garage, no problem. And it's very convenient for airing up tires. By the way, I'm not very good with engines and mechanical stuff, but the instructions are super clear and super simple. I bought one for every car driven by every member of my family.

Everyone needs one of these! I have purchased several of these over the years for my family and friends. My original one still works great after 7 years. My favorite one is the one with the air compressor. I have helped jump start numerous people in the grocery store parking lot.

After my previous Halo was lost, I decided to replace it with this beast. It is about 30% larger than the 58830, but you actually get a little less juice since they packed in some other features. With that said, there is still lots of excellent functionality that goes into this model, but it does not necessarily do any of those functions particularly great. I haven't needed to use the jump start feature yet, so I can't really comment on that, but the included cables are very short and the clamps are super lightweight almost cheap feeling plastic. So far I have used it to inflate tires, charge phones, and run a small radio. Inflating tires works well, but at a huge drain to the battery. Roughly 3-5% battery life per 5PSI inflated. The built in light works really well, and even offers a red option to stand out. If you are trying to use it for larger load electronics, like a vacuum or a large fan, this is not the solution for you. It will power a laptop charger, but you can watch how quickly the battery drains on the LED display. It is great to keep in your trunk or under a seat for emergency situations, but it does not really have the ruggedness that you would expect in a roadside use tool. The thin plastic housing seems like it would not hold up well to an accidental drop, and . Most of the videos and comments that I've seen on this show people using it inside their vehicle to keep phones and iPads charged for long trips. So it really just feels like this is a glorified power bank that can inflate tires and jump start vehicles. For the money I spent, I don't feel completely cheated, but if I had to do it all over again I would probably spend my money on the 58830 and invest in a separate tire inflator.
