So far appears to be good.

Not that good. Increasing CO2 is better.
Not upto the mark. Didn't find much difference. As per my experience increasing the dose of CO2 was better. Increase the bubble count of pressurized CO2 and use liquid CO2( flourish excel or phyto carb) in addition. Try to use them in seringe method. This was more fruitful.
