Melatonin works better for sleep
Product works well and is inexpensive. Small drawbacks include the bottles are way bigger than the amount of pills they put in them. I'm sure they do this for marketing but I'd prefer to be gentler on the environment. I bought a bunch of them on sell and combined 3 to 4 bottles into one.Other than that it's a go to product for me if I'm needing some help with sleep and or mood. Melatonin works better for sleep. This is better for mood but still mildly helpful for sleep if you don't need to be knocked out.

Excellent sleep aid
These are very good for sleep, light on the body (easier than melatonin), and this formulation includes the B vitamin that it needs to absorb.

Good pills if you are suffering from anxiety, bad mood, negative thoughts, things like that, I being taking it for more than 2 years now, no side effects, and I feel a change in my mood the next day after taking it, I always take it at bed time, and I feel better when I wake up. Recommended ....

My bf sleeps very well with this, and it seems to have improved his mood as well. No, I'm not drugging him lol but bought these for him to help with depression/anxiety
