I just bought 2 heating pads. within 48 hrs i started getting error messages. one quit working all together. advice

If when you turn it off, you unplug it at the pad, it will come on with an E next time. So unplug at outlet and first replug at pad and then at wall. All better.

Anyone else have a loud electic sound buzzing coming from this pad? I have had sunbeam brand and they never made noise. This pad scares me.
