It works - Excellent product
It was recommended by my doctor years ago, it really works, everything else irritates the skin - especially any kind of wipe. Balneol is gentle and effective, it cleans and heals, you don't need very much to do the job. It is a little expensive up front but goes the distance if you follow the instructions and be consistent with application intervals.
