This test was a lifesaver. Not only was it affordable, but it was also incredibly easy to understand, with clear and simple instructions. I ordered it from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived.At first, I was hesitant. I was concerned the sample might get damaged or come back inconclusive since the saliva swabs are sent in a basic paper envelope. But thankfully, everything worked perfectly. I dropped the test off in a USPS drop box on a Saturday and received the results before the end of the following week.Waiting for the results felt like the longest week of my life. But in the end, it was absolutely worth it. The test gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed and confirmed what I now know to be true: my fears were just in my head. Make sure you read everything because customer service is absolutely rude. Had to confirm something regarding my test. I requested a contact from the online site, proceeded to receive an email that was disrespectful. I then called customer service to report the email and the service rep was again rude disrespectful and hung up on me. Just beware the test is great and effective, took 13 days to get results, but if you have to deal with any employees I don’t suggest this company.

Took a lot longer than expected. Our overall turnaround time was a little bit over two weeks however it did give us a lot of peace of mind.
