The Gruffalo's Child Paperback – Illustrated, March 1, 2007

My daughter absolutely loves this book and enjoys rhyming along with the story.I will be looking into other works by this author.

Great book for toddlers and a nice sequel to the original. If you are fan of the Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler duo, you will need this one in your collection.

A great sequel to the Gruffalo. Of the Julia Donaldson books, only one of my students says this is her favourite of the lot, but most really, really liked it. The artwork is amazing as always and as always a fun and engaging read, good for a couple of reads for sure. Good for a lesson or two and nice to have in one's collection.

CD付きを買いました。大正解！GRUFFALOの世界に入れます。５歳の娘もお気に入りです。これは、おすすめです！内容は、他の方が書いていると思うので省略しますが、文章の繰り返しがあり、動物の特徴・様子を表す言葉があり、単語を覚えるのにも役立ちます。Amazonさんのお蔭で、英語のいい絵本を気軽にたくさん購入でき、本当に助かっています♪

Gluffaloが大のお気に入りなので、こちらも買いました。話が続きになっているので、まずはGluffaloを楽しんでから読んでください。こんなイラストなのに、Gluffaloたち、すごく可愛いんですよね〜。好奇心旺盛なチビちゃんもホントかわいい。娘は「え〜“She”なんだ！？」とビックリしてましたが、女の子です。最後のページでほっこりした気分に。Bedtime Story としてもおすすめです。

I normally don't like so-called part two, or three, especially films originated from book stories. However I really enjoyed "The Gruffalo" the previous story, and decided to buy this too as I got itchy feet for the second. I enjoyed the journey of the brave, little Gruffalo making a journey to look for the monster in the deep dark wood..... well, what will she find there?

ようやっとThe Gruffaloの続編を入手！子供はすでに保育園で読んでもらっていたようだが、大人の方がついに読めた喜びにひたったかも。Gruffalo's childがSheというのもよい:)
