I have several pros and cons. Out of the box, it seemed very heavy and figured it would be a return. My sainted husband patiently spent time removing the links to fit my wrist. Advise, if you do not have a patient partner to help you with the clasp, this bracelet is not for you. Really. REALLY. We were leaving on vacation and I needed to have a medical alert bracket (blood thinner) so we were determined to make it work. On the pro side, once the extra links were removed, and FINALLY the clasp was settled, it does not feel so heavy, and doesn’t pinch hairs. I forgot I had it on..wear it a bit loose is best so didnt remove links to make it right. Smooth, , no snags in clothing, didn’t notice in the shower. I will keep it. But no way could I remove it by myself. I will wear until I find my dream medical alert bracelet. And one nice aspect, if you wear it on the loose side, you can turn it around so the medical info doesn’t show all the time if you want to wear with other jewelry at a special event. The price was certainly right,

It looks great, I'll admit. If you need to take it off from time to time, or even put it back on, the clasp is terrible. I think it's intended to be worn permanently, which isn't practical for some people with manual jobs for example. Great medical bracelet, looks great and fits perfect, the front looks great easily readable!The back however if you use all the letter/characters as I did it is unreadable, does not look that great! I would suggest fewer characters to have a nice looking readable bracelet! That is why I gave it 4stars

Good looking bracelet that looks much more expensive than it actually is. Very masculine looking. Sturdy construction. Doesn't catch my arm hair like some do. Had to remove a link to size it properly and the provided tool made it very easy to do.

Love the look! The bracelet materials are great. I've had mine for about six months and have gotten compliments on how great it looks. BUT. They need to redesign the clasp. You just lightly brush up against the clasp and it will pop open. Many times the bracelet will then fall off. So far it has fallen into places where I can retrieve it. One of these times I know I won't be able to save it. I'd give the look, material quality and construction a ten out of ten. I'd give the clasp a one, or a two. Don't know if I want to keep buying one every six months.

I like the look of this magnetic and copper medical bracelet. I put my health issue on the inside of my wrist and it looks just like having an attractive bracelet. If you are fumble fingers when it comes to fastening the clasp, this not may not be the bracelet for you. I bought the men’s which is very large and it comes with tools to make it smaller if you wish, but I just left it and push it higher up on my arm.

Solid piece for sure. I dont think it will break. Only thing I dont like is after a few weeks the black color is rubbing off. Other than that does what it is intend to do.

The bracelet arrived much sooner then expected. It came securely packaged and zero damage. It's a nice weight with a black matte finish and gold accents. Engraving was as ordered and no misspellings.Cons, the clasp is a bit flimsy and feels like cheap plastic. The finish doesn't seem like it will hold up to well with daily use where it could get damaged. I'll update as time goes on to it's durability.
