The description states that the can can be adjusted to 25inches how?

Is this a straight-up copy of the hurrycane? it looks identical, just with a different handle. is it as robust, or does this 1 break easily/quickly?

I'm not sure what a hurrycane is, but my Dad has been using this for a couple of weeks now, and he says it had made a huge difference for him. He has Parkinsons, and with this aid, he feels safer than the ordinary ones. No sign of it breaking, it seems very sturdy.

Received this cane today. Disappointed to find the light doesn’t work… (yes, I’ve removed the insulation pad). Does anyone have a quick fix please?

Try tightening the bulb holder to the max you can. I have had 2 of these with same problem and this has worked on both occasions.

Do you need to put all 4 batteries in or just one. I can't get mine to work either way. And do you leave the black plastic holder in or take it out

You need all 4 batteries. Have you removed the small plastic insulation pad that is in place when you first get the stick ? I don't know what you mean by the black plastic holder. Make sure the screw cap is tightened up firmly.
