Good but....
There is no question that the Robot Coupe is the mercedes benz of food processors. Although this grating disc is high quality, I was a bit disappointed with the texture of the grated cheese it produced. The grating was a bit courser than you get when done by hand. However, you just cant beat the speed at which it will grate 2-3 lbs of hard cheese.

total waste of money
it doesn't fit. can't get anyone to help me figure out which grater fits my robot coupe. total waste of money.

Very sharp, grinds hard chees and rinds to powder
This will gobble down as large a block of parm that you can get in the chute in seconds. It is a little noisy compared to other blades, but this is really a fine grind operation, so not unexpected.
