I have one of the older Nespresso vertuo, which I use on a daily basis. I bought this one for use at the office. Although it is meant to be smaller, it is actually longer than my old one, just slimmer and shorter. The advantage of the Vertuo is that you can have a mug of coffee with a push of a button, and as I drink black coffee, it was simple to put my travel mug and run the coffee as I do other things. Unfortunately, the Vertuo Pop does not fit taller cups. The drainer makes it even shorter so not sure what the point of having it, as it will only fit short espresso cups. Have to remove it even just for a normal mug. It does look quite bright and cheerful though, and it did work - until it didn't...It stopped working in less than a year (my other machine is more than 3 years old and still going strong). Unfortunately, as it was sold by Amazon UK via Amazon UAE - neither Nespresso or Amazon is going to fix it. So be very aware of this problem and where it was sold from.

I bought this for my husband as a Father’s Day present. He’d wanted one for a long time, and he’s really happy with it. It has a compact and elegant design, which is ideal for our small kitchen. I’ve seen lots of reviews complaining about the water tank capacity, but I think it’s perfectly adequate for the size of the machine. As for how it works, we’ve been using it for just over a month and everything has been going very well so far, there haven’t been any problems with it leaking, my husband is really happy. The only downside is that the capsules aren’t that easy to get hold of as you have to buy them directly from Nespresso, however the machine itself is good.

Only compatible with nespresso pods. Also claim for 50 free pods was not possible with Amazon as seller.

Love the colour. Live the nespresso pods flavour. Expensive for the pods and you have to get them as ones that say equivalent don't work as new nespresso machines read the barcode on the pods you use. I love nespresso flavour and if you purchase off amazon they not too badly priced. I got machine and pods in black Friday deal. I also have a delonghi expensive coffee machine. Nespresso is just as good quality without all the hassle of preparing it. Just pop in your pod and within seconds the coffee is ready. One slight drawback need to buy more small cups

The nicest coffee machine ever! I absolutely love it. Adds such a nice pop of colour into my kitchen, so easy to use, came with a sample pack of 50 coffee pods which I’m extremely grateful for. The coffee tastes incredible too. Very worth the money considering I would buy a coffee from a coffee shop at £6-£7 daily, this will save me so much money going forward!
