Works well....
Ditch those small thermometers and get this one! We have a walk-in cooler that we put this in and it works well. We've had this for almost a year and we haven't had any issues whatsoever.

I have bought many of these but temperatures are not working properly. It was high by more than 10 degrees!edit:We added another thermometer and this one was high by 20 degrees! unreliable!
