DELITIA Butter Buffalo Milk, 8 OZ

Wonderful and delicious. I was concerned about it getting here still frozen. Everything arrived perfectly. Thank you so much to this company. It is a little expensive, but I’ve been put on a special diet, requires buffalo butter.

Less buttery taste than over the counter cows butter but it has a more complex, slight tang like buttermilk and the mouth feel of silky wague tallo. A pinch of salt is all it needed to bring out the flavors. Definitely not a high valume or over the counter butter. Delicious on toast for breakfast or with bread on a cheese board with a Chardonnay. Will order again.

Butter tasted like a buffalo butter but was very watery and not fatty when melted. Milk had fat removed for other uses. Buffalo milk has way more fat than a cow's. Disappointment and waste of money for its higher cost than cow's butter.

buy this for our family and also as a gift for others. because it comes from the buffalo, it is different from cow's milk butter. very creamy, mild taste that is absolutely delicious and it reportedly has less cholesterol. to me it seems to have a "fresh cream" flavor. melts so quickly in the mouth. a special treat.

A very creamy flavor and texture i have only had it for a few days but love it on my fresh baked bread.has a nice aroma. i think it is great for a change and worth a try.

I bought this butter for a recipe I found and it really was outstanding. Will be ordering a lot more and will be sharling with family members!

This butter is delicious. Made a simple dish with it and the flavor shone through!
