Sturdy aerobic stepper with 3 height levels
This is a sturdy and robust item, I use this every day for 10 minutes. The stepper surface is approx 63cm * 24cmThe stepper has detachable feet and it can be used with or without the feet - providing three different levels.The feet can be detached and stored under the stepper.Inserting the feet into the base of the stepper to give a second level. Popping out the feet and rotating them 180 degrees and reinserting them gives another level.The three stepper heights13 cm - feet detached18 cm - feet attached22cm - feet attachedI'm very happy with the product.

Use it alot but small
I do like the step but I would advise if you want to do any weight lifting this is not the bench for you it is very light and unstable and it's only because I'm 5 foot that I can fit onto it

Perfect
This is perfect for me. Very sturdy and arrived next day. I also like the fact that its not huge - its 2 feet long and 10 inches wide - ideal, and just looking at it makes me want to use it. Very pleased. Its on the floor under my window so its also handy for standing on to reach the ventilators.

superb stepper
Got this as liked the fact it could go to three levels. I have spinal stenosis and need the step to get on my exercise bike. A good choice. Thanks. Paul.
