This door is heavier than the knock offs and sustains to the magnet much better.. stronger material makes the longevity a game changer.. having bought both in the past this is a much better option

This replacement flap fit my dog door perfectly. Easy to install and it works like it should.

This appears to be a PetSafe product, imprinted into plastic. This is our second or third replacement flap purchased over the years and the quality is not this same. Lighter weight, thinner plastic, just enough smaller that flies may be able to find their way indoors. It did not come with screws; using the originals the flap worked its way over the screw heads falling in the floor twice. Fortunately, we had some tiny washers that should solve the problem. Our old flap had warped where the dogs repeatedly pushed it open. I washed it, placed it under a heavy box hoping it will flatten out and we can use it again at some point. If not, I may have to shabbily decorate this one with duct tape to close the fly door. (The review wouldn't let me give less than 4 stars)....
