This is an amazing product! It really provides you with all the necessary nutrients, as i can definitely see the result! My hair grow so fast, it’s like i haven’t had a haircut a month ago.. My nails have become really strong even after months and months of gel polish. They are nice and easy to swallow capsules, as I used to really struggle with those massive H&B tablets before. I would definitely recommend!

These capsules by Link Nutrition contain Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen and at the recommended two-a-day this bottle of 60 capsules should last one person about a month. The bottle of 60 capsules is currently a little under twenty-five pounds from Amazon making each capsule cost over forty pence apiece – so over eighty pence per day if taken regularly. These capsules contain Marine Collagen (from fish) and Hyaluronic Acid which makes them unsuitable for both vegetarians and vegans: they also include various vitamins and minerals said to be beneficial to hair, skin and nails. My wife has developed painful knees as she is getting older and is currently trying these capsules by Link Nutrition to see if they help her to improve, and she is also hoping to see benefits to her skin, hair and nails as well. It is early days yet but so far she is pleased with them and the ingredients included seem to be of good quality; Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen may or may not work for everyone but the other ingredients should offer some overall health benefits. An expensive product from a quality UK brand – difficult to recommend at the current price but if they actually work you may find it money well spent; three stars for value – would have been four stars at one-a-day; but very good quality nonetheless.

I always try out these sort of tablets, I have tried the  Perfectil tablets  before, however, I stopped taking these, as I found the capsules really hard to swallow. These were the same, however, I persevered with these. I have been taking them now for 3 weeks, so I'm getting to the bottom of the tub. I may go back to the Perfectils once I have finished these.First thing first, you get a month's supply - I never find that a month's supply is long enough to properly review and have an obvious difference. However, I have been taking these steadily, and have seen some improvements, just not enough in my opinion.The smell of these when you first open the tub is quite unpleasant - they don't have the best smell to them at all. Thankfully, they don't have any significant taste to them, it's just the initial smell when you open the tub and put them in your mouth.I generally gag on anything that's bigger than the contraceptive pill and have done so since I was a child. I much prefer taking  gummies  for example, as my little child mouth finds them easier to get down. So I regularly gagged taking these. I generally took one in the morning and one at night, as it says they can be taken with or without food, so it's dependent on your preference. I found taking them best with my morning and night time routine.Have I seen any obvious differences in my hair/skin/nails? I wouldn't say so. My skin had a really bad flare up while using  an oil , and while these helped slightly, I wouldn't say there's been a massive difference. I still have quite temperamental dry skin, which reacts to any changes and I get hormonal/stress related breakouts. I found that my hormonal breakouts healed quicker and I found that I lost slightly less hair in the shower (normally I lose a worrying amount!), but I've noticed no difference to my nails. I have quite weak nails, that I've never been able to grow beyond a certain length. My hair is pretty much rib length at this point, and has been braided the majority of lockdown, so I have not seen any difference in length/condition. I used these  gummies  before this, and noticed a difference in the length, but they're quite expensive.As are these are well, and they are more expensive than the gummies. I wouldn't say that these are necessarily better than the Perfectils, which are a great deal better priced. I don't know if I would buy these again, unless you can get a two month supply, which might provide better results in the long run. I am just a bit on the fence with these.

These pills definitely felt like they had a good impact on my skin, with it looking and feeling better. They were easy to swallow and you can take with or without food which is great - I find pills where you have to take them on an empty stomach or at a certain time of day pretty frustrating. That said, particularly for the first couple of weeks they made me burp and it really reminded me of the time I took a bit of a time out of a durian fruit pastry. Ultimately, I kept going so i could finish the review, and the reaction did go down as it wasn't doing any harm, just a bit unpleasant. I don't think I would use again as I think I can get the same benefits without the side effects, but take a look at the ingredients and if you think they will work for you, I recommend this product.
