American Crew Men's Temporary Hair Color, Temporary Hair Dye, Natural Gray Coverage, Light, 1.35 Fl Oz

Over the years I have tried many brand's of men's hair color yet all had the look of dye. American Crew got my attention from reading the reviews so I gave it a try in Medium Natural for my brown hair. Having to mix the developer (sold separately) 50/50 with the color wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, a scale helps tremendously. This did not have that awful ammonia smell that many brands have and it was very easy to apply with a hair dye color brush. They suggest 5 minutes for cure time but a minute or two more won't hurt. Color lasts a solid 3 weeks then slowly disappears by the 1 month mark. What I liked most about this product was how natural the color of my hair was and how it blended in with my grey hair. This was the best results I ever had coloring my hair by myself and I will continue to purchase this product in the future.

don't know what happened to their process bur my hair is getting way to dark.. and I am using medium ash... I look like a freak for about 3-4 days and then is starts looking okay for a week and then it start looking orange and you have to dye it again...

Works as described in just 5 minutes and easy to travel with. My go to product for facial hair color.

OK for the price

I am 34 years old and have a significant amount of gray hair on my head. My barber suggested using this particular hair dye. My natural hair color is black, and I use the 2|3 dark version. Previously, I used to get my hair toned at the barber shop. I usually visit the shop once every two weeks and perform hair toning with the same frequency. However, now, after some advice from my barber, I am doing it myself at home. After cutting my hair, I wash it at home and then use 20 grams of dye and 20 grams of activator for one toning session. I mix the solution, apply it to my head, and leave it on for 20 minutes. After that, I thoroughly wash my head. I am fully satisfied with the result, and the color is naturally black.
