Q: Does this come with stacks to secure the arbor and how are they attached?

The bottom of the Arbor is designed to be sunk into the ground like a stake. I’ve had mine up for several months and it hasn’t moved.

Q: Is this available in White or any other color?

Dear customer, sorry, we have only black arches. The black arch is beautifully decorated with vines and flowers.

Q: How is it anchored to the ground?

There's enough length to push it into the soft ground. However, due to potential high winds at our location (Colorado Springs), I used three tent stakes and line to ensure it doesn't lean or fall down.
