Though the quality of the product is good, it was cut into three pieces and shipped. How can we reschedule assemble it? Anyway, I didn't return the item as I just need the pipe without joiners.

I purchased this exhaust pipe about 5 years ago, and I’m genuinely impressed with its quality. Even after years of continuous use, there are no damages, cracks, or wear. The plastic material is strong and reliable, making it a great fit for my portable AC.

The end cap of the pipe was missing. Seller needs to check the items before shipping. Both ends of the pipe were deformed. Packaging needs to be improved. Price is too high compared to the quality of the product.
