This is a very pretty yet functional jump rope. On my quest to lose inches and gain stamina I took up jump rope as my HIIT and holy moly is it effective. I originally bought a jump rope for about the same price at target and it made me so angry I almost gave up because the rope would twist and kink. This roped does not do that. It's also adjustable so if you are petite or long legged then it should accommodate you. I have been using this thing for about a month now and I will stand by it's effectiveness. Good price for what you get, highly recommend!

Really great jump rope super cute and durable definitely have to adjust to height I’m 5’’3 5”4 so I did have to adjust make sure u have wire cutters or it’s really really gonna be hard to cute the cord but other than that it’s great! Also it’s not as heavy as u may think it will be it’s pretty light weight tho!

Greetings,Aesthetics: This jump rope is bling blingy. I love it! I thought the metal would be a rose a gold but it's more of a frost gold. If gray and gold aren't your thing definitely look at the black and pink versions. The metal finish and weight of the jump rope feels luxurious.Form and function: I'm 5'3" and chubby. I decided to not cut it to size. I opted to "tie" in a loop/ or loose knot on both sides about 4 inches down from the handle. This gives me the perfect length. I love the weighted handles they give me something else to think about for the 3 minutes of jump cardio. The weighted handles are a good fit for my fitness level. I walk/ run daily, gym 3 times, and strength condition with 3,5, & 8lb dumbbells at home.IMPORTANT: Let your new jump rope hang with the weighted handles down in a warm room for a few hours to a day. When I first tried the rope it tangled a bit. After hanging it though - it was perfectly smooth.If you're not used to using a weighted handle it may seem a little heavy at first, but you will get stronger and love that you get a little weight training in with your cardio.

OK, so I had been looking for one of these jump ropes for a while and I must admit I was skeptical of the quality, however this jump rope is excellent. It is definitely worth the buy. It came exactly like the picture. I love that the handles are foam, as it is good for gripping when sweating. You can adjust the length inside the handles and I love that the handles have a good weight to them.

Overall Thoughts:Decent starter rope. You get what you pay for.I bought this rope as a sort of "trial run" to see if I'd even like jumping rope. I really want to buy the Crossrope set, but wanted to make sure I would enjoy rope workouts enough to commit to it before dropping $100 on their awesome weighted rope set. So I figured this rope would be a good litmus test.Turns out, I love jumping rope. This rope, however, will not give you the weighted rope experience.Rope Features:This rope is not weighted. At all. The weights are in the handles, at .5lbs each. This is a problem because having the weights in the handles rather than the rope itself being weighted targets a different muscle group. And .5lbs isn't going to provide anymore weight resistance than picking up a burger.I read the description thoroughly before purchasing and this information was no where to be found (at the time of my purchase), otherwise I would not have purchased. Also, you'll need wire cutters to adjust the size of the rope which is ridiculous.Product Quality:You definitely get what you pay for with this rope. My handles will unscrew and fly off while I'm jumping. It doesn't matter how tightly I screw them on before jumping. They will constantly fly off.The rope does not turn smoothly at all. The rope itself will twist up during storage, which is a minor inconvenience, but you will have to untwist it before each use. To clarify, I'm not talking about the rope becoming tangled. The actual rope coils up. And because there's wire running through the center of the rope, it doesn't unwind unless you manually unwind it.Basically, save yourself $6.99 and just buy one of the other $6 ropes on Amazon. You'll be getting something of the same quality.

Good quality. I looked at reviews before I purchased and I can say this rope doesn’t get tangled up. Yea it might go out of place a little but it’s an easy fix and goes right back to correct form . Love it.

Purchased this jump rope to do more cardio at home with the limited space I have. Saw the many good reviews so I opted for these. I love that they come with it's own storing bag which is pretty cheap. It's just a stiff felt drawstring bag but I'm not complaining. The handles are weighted and has a nice foam grip on the outside. Included are additional clips for if you need to cut your rope smaller which I did as it was too long and kept slapping my ceiling when I would use it. Cutting it was easy but definitely requires wire cutters cause scissors or kitchen knives did not do the job for me. Very simple to use and I love the colors.

this is great because it has so many uses besides just exercise! need help waking up in the morning? jump rope until you accidentally smack yourself in the shins with the rope. works even better than coffee!
