You get what you pay for...
Don't expect instructions. There aren't any other than a very poorly translated digital manual on the device.What you get is an Android based device with a bunch of preinstalled apps for viewing cameras and some utilities that can be used for troubleshooting. All in all, it's not bad for what it is. Android on a 4-inch touchscreen is a little clumsy, but that's to be expected. I'll be putting it through the paces in the coming days, but right now the most limiting factor send to be battery life. Just turning it on and going through the settings burnt through around 20%.If this is your budget, it's worth buying. Otherwise, I suggest saving up for a better device.

Made setting up, testing and securing a quality mix and match home system easy!
I found this to be a very handy and useful tool for configuring and setting up my system and learning everything I needed to know and/or modify for each of a mix of brands of Power over Ethernet (POE) stationary and PTZ security cameras.If you know your way around your home router enough to configure a static IP address for a printer, you know enough to appreciate using one of these.Four stars for being able to perform the advertised functions without serious hassle.A fifth star for doing it in budget.

Need better battery.
Not really what I expected.Let it charged fir 48 hours before use.Went in a job site out of town.After 4 cameras setup. Battery went low.Since I was out of town for a long period. Couldn’t send it backHad to keep charging it for 2 hours to use it again.

Don't leave to work with out it...
So far its a wonderful item it has worked well with the first few jobs I have done...Very sharp pic...Note: if you are working outside you will need to angle it out of the sun so you can see the pic...It has what I need. Now that IP and Wifi camera's are coming into more use and the client's what more HD....So this becomes a very important tool in my every day work..
