Replacement head
Quality is great for your replacement heads, pain is not that bad. I also use numbing cream so that helps a lot!

Not a great design
There is a middle bulge on the item that causes more agitation than the needles themselves. They need to make a needle head because the pointy plastic part in the middle makes it difficult to use
