Yes I use this in my GSXR you have to flush the system with distilled water and change the thermostat

Anyone use this in there bmw cars? i have a 325i 2001.

I have not used it in a car, just offroad motorcycle. But I can say it did not keep my engine any cooler than regular antifreeze.

Can this be used in cold temperatures too

Though I live in a mostly hot climate, Engine Ice is designed to work all the way down to -26 degree Fahrenheit. I'm not so sure I would go out motorcycling in those temps but Engine Ice will remain a liquid well into what most folks experience for cold temps. I like the product, I've noticed an improvement (albeit small) in my motorcycle's performance (2006 Suzuki M50). Good luck.
