I haven't given star ratings just yet as I have literally just started taking the vitamins...I am happy to revisit the review on this product once I have noticed the benefits of it....However the item arrived securely packaged and in good condition..

Makes you happier all around.
I feel happier (less depressed) and slightly more energetic when I take it. I don't suffer from depression, but I do feel a change in my mood now that I've been taking it. Really happy with it.
