These packs are an essential part of my diet. So if I have forgotten to arrange for my usual supply I know I can buy this superfood via Amazon. Its v.good for gut heath and mixes into other foods easily. I usually add it to my morning cereal. Virtually tasteless.

A healthy option to promote good gut motility! !
A very good source of fibre effectively preventing constipation while on low carb diet or weight loss drug Mounjaro , notably enabling satisfactory gut motility without a need for any constipation aids. It definitely helps to provide an alternative but healthier solution! It works! I mix 20gr daily with yogurt or creme fraiche with some raspberries or sliced banana , sometimes with a teaspoonful of jam or honey.
