Works great, easy to use and an excellent pill delivery system
This machine works great as advertised. We use this for our uncle with Alzheimer's and he has to have his medication on time and in the right dosage. This machine works flawlessly with it's pill delivery system. The alarm and LCD flashing lights and Lebox app alerts directly to his iPhone make it so easy as a reminder for him to take his medication. We can set it to up to 4 weeks and the dosage template is super easy to use.The digital interface is very clear and the locking cover prevents unauthorized access to the pills which is very helpful. We also like that the unit is light and battery operated so we can bring it along anywhere we go with him and while taveling.Overall we are very happy with this product and highly recommend it to any patients or caregivers that require a pill delivery system or reminder. It's worth the money we paid for it and it's a great product.

Very Helpful & Easy to use
This helps me a lot in managing my prescription not like before that always forgot to take my meds. Feel relax by not worrying of accidental double dosing. Compare with other pill dispenser, this is way much affordable and does the work as what it advertise. I got as little problem but the costumer reps. (Manuel) help me a lot and very thankful.

Design flaw — Would not recommend if you have small pills!
I am so disappointed. I did research on pill dispensers and kept finding that this one was highly recommended. My mom is in the beginning stages of having memory issues, and even though I put her pills in a Mon-Sun pill container, she sometimes accidentally takes 2 days’ worth of pills in one day. I was so hopeful that this would be the perfect solution.First, I was a little surprised by the size of the item. It is the size of a frisbee, and looks like a small flying saucer. Not saying that this is bad, but it is a bit large and awkward for an elderly woman to handle.Setup: Inserting the batteries and setting the clock and the alarm were very easy. Then, I put in the paper ring for taking pills once a day, and loaded it up with just 7 days’ worth of pills so I could test it before putting in 28 days’ worth (and I’m so glad I did this, as you will read in a minute). Then I locked it and turned it upside down to test it (since my mom would have to turn it upside down to remove her pills). This was when things went very wrong. First of all, the locking mechanism is clunky. I could never feel if I had turned it enough to lock or unlock.Secondly, when I picked up the unit, the battery door fell off. I had read some reviews that commented on this, and I can confirm that it happened to me too. But most importantly, when I tipped it upside down, all the small pills escaped from their slots and fell into the domed lid. When I turned it right side up again, one of the small pills fell back into the wrong slot, so that there would have been a double dose of that pill on that day. THIS IS BAD. Another of the tiny pills got stuck in the slot where the paper ring was supposed to be (see light yellow pill in the picture). When I opened the unit, another of the tinier pills fell into the opening where the lid locks (see the tiny grey pill stuck in the closure area in the picture). Also, the paper ring fell out when the unit was upside down, and you can see in the picture that it came completely out of its slot and rotated to the right.I think the fact that small pills can fall into the wrong slots makes this unit completely unusable. I’m so glad I did not fill it with 28 days worth of pills because at this point, I immediately removed all the pills and packaged it all up to return to Amazon.I will continue to search for a suitable replacement.

Versatile, but has a very cheap, easy to break "lock".
My dad has dementia. I put a piece of freezer tape on the unit and wrote on it the times it turns, so he knows when to check it (he has morning and evening meds).Unfortunately the "lock" is just a small plastic tab that is captured by a metal arm. When my dad becomes impatient or confused, he will easily break open the "big lid" to try to get to his pills. He is 89 and can do this with no effort. I then have to tape the big lid down (with notes not to remove that tape). This is the second one of these I've gone through with this problem. If you have a patient that will read notes and can follow instructions, it should be fine. The batteries last a long time, and the programming is easy to learn.

Takes the hassle out of making sure that you know exactly what time to take your medication.
Very, very easy to use and the light flashing as well as the buzzer can be heard throughout the apartment. When it’s time to take my meds I also receive an alert on my phone, if I happen to be away from home at the time of the alert, it only signals for about 15 or so minutes and when I get home I can the take the allotted meds for that time. My meds are 3 x’s a day so I get it set up for 9 days and it key locks actually being older my son sets it up every 9 days and locks it. The value is indescribable, as it takes so much stress off and my health has progressed a lot since my son bought my first Bluetooth pill dispenser, after 5 years or more it was time for a new one, as well as all of the life changing benefits it has gone down in price. I give it my highest rating possible. Thank you, Carol

Great for dispensing pills
Purchased this product for my brother-in-law who cannot read and this is great as I do not have to go there everyday to give him his meds as it alarms him when they have to be taken. I would highly recommend this product to aid in the dispensing of daily pills and since it locks they cannot get it to take pills until it is time - so no overdosing or overlapping on meds

UNSAFE - DANGEROUS - RISK of Over Medicating
Do Not buy this product. If your plan is to use it to assist an elderly person remember their medication this product has a dangerous defect. When the senior turns over the unit to get the pills out and stop the alarm, the other small pills travel between pill slots. If a person doesn't notice an elderly person could take too much of the medication. This can lead to a very dangerous poisoning or overdose. This product is unsafe.

Good for mild impairments, excellent customer service
I bought this for my father who is quite hard of hearing and has short term memory loss as well as some dementia. The first unit was defective with the slots not lining up properly, resulting in some pills stuck in the unit, and some of the next dose coming out at the same time. I contacted the the seller, who quickly responded to my concerns, and and sent out a new one immediately. However, my dad could not hear the unit at all, even as it sat right beside him on the table and he just ignored the flashing lights as he ate his meal. I stayed with him and tried to train him on it for over a week. I had high hopes. The Blue tooth model just puts an alarm on your phone when the unit beeps. Personally I did not find this helpful, but I could see where this might help caregivers who do want the reminder. In the end, it was not a solution for me, as my dad broke it all apart either trying to open it or just smashed it in annoyance, as only small broken pieces were ever found. I think this would be a good product for people with less impairments than my father.
