Q: My new Janome says to only use "J" bobbins. Are these what they are talking about?

The bobbins have a letter J on the center shaft. It is clear like the rest of the bobbin, but is covered up with thread when the bobbin is wound. I took a fine tip marker and put a J on one flat side of the bobbin so I could always tell the Janome from other bobbins.
