Perfect for cold weather! The hat is fully lined in artificial fur, which is exactly what I wanted to keep warm. It's much cuter in person than online. The gloves are basic but do have the silicone grippers. Not sure yet how warm the gloves will be, but they are better than no gloves at all. The gloves are a rougher texture than the hat, but seem wearable. The gloves are not lined. The hat is soft, silky knit and even softer fur inside.

Has kept my head warm and snuggly all winter

I take this in my shoulder bag for when I am in the sun (I need to keep my scalp protected). It doesn't take up too much room. The one downside is the lining which is not very breathable and makes me sweat more.

I liked the hat well enough to purchase a second one in another color. It is very warm but does not really come down all the way over the ears if that is what you are looking for. It will cover the top of them. My head is small to medium, so if your head is large or you have a lot of hair it may not fit as well But was fine for me. It is well made.

My wife asked several people for a winter hat for Christmas show she received 3 different ones. I bought her this one and it is by far her favorite. She has worn it almost every day this winter. She has commented how warm and comfortable it is. I also think she looks really cute in it! I plan on buying her the exact same hat next Christmas for her but in a different color.
