replaces old echo show 8. lot better screen and more responsive , good sound quality

Good but I think it could be so much better.

I purchased this for my wife to show our favourite pictures on the screen and to play music on. Still learning how to use all the features and sometimes it freezes and when I ask it questions it doesn’t answer because apparently it doesn’t know the answer, which is very frustrating.
