Viewing Dr. Ellie's video about how to break down plaque formation gave me a better understanding of what components of gum and mints are not beneficial. This brand doesn't use glycerin, which is very unusual in the xylitol gum market. This is my primary reason to use this specific brand besides zellies, which doesn't always have the spearmint flavor in stock. It's true that the flavor doesn't last long, but I'm really just desiring to get xylitol all over my teeth after a meal to neutralize acid to protect my enamel so it is a perfect application process. Using this method has gotten rid of plaque unlike anything I've ever seen. Xylitol is the only sweetener and has a good flavor as well which means that you don't have any reason to choose a sugary or synthetic sweetener gum for that enjoyment. This three pack was also a good value.

I bought this on the recommendation of my dentist and I love it. I chew one after each meal and the flavor is mild and minty, lasting a good long time (I'm usually finished with it before all the flavor is gone). My dental appointments have been awesome and my hygienist always comments on how clean my mouth is. No cavities in years and years!

I like the taste I thought it was pleasant, not overwhelming or dull. However, the downside is it loses flavor fairly quickly. It’s a good substitute for now, as I am avoiding all products made with aspartame.

Have you seen the ads that state it gets rid of the sweater teeth feeling? I bought 3 bottles and will definately keep buying this product! It really works!! What used to bother me is no longer there and my teeth feel so smooth like I just came from the dentist!

The vast majority of flavor is gone in 30-seconds and after 2-minutes it's no different than chewing a pencil eraser.Without question the worst gum I have ever had.It's been a while since I have received a worse value for the money.

I have recently had cavities and have come across many articles at xylitol and help reverse it. These are a pack of 3 which is great for the price. The taste is good and minty.

My mouth has a tendency to get really dry and uncomfortable feeling. Regular gum helps a bit short term, so I was hoping a gum made specifically for dry mouth would be better. Unfortunately it wasn’t. The taste was a bit minty and had an ok flavor, but it did not last long. I found the gum itself to be a bit tough to chew, and it did almost nothing toward relieving my dry mouth.
