Under Armour Valsetz Men's 7" Tactical Boots

These boots, well I can't say enough about them. I was skeptical at first, but man do I love these things. They are super comfortable and lightweight. Even in the heat of the summer my feet didn't get super warm. The mesh on the side and vents in the sole help keep your feet cool. I wore these things on duty the very first day I got them, no break in period! I would highly recommend these for anyone who wants good ankle protection + comfort all in one.

I've been using them for 2 weeks and they're as described - comfortable as running shoes. The laces are curiously slick and unnecessarily long, but that's an easy fix. The sizing system UA uses doesn't seem to hold up, so I went to try on their running shoes in a store to get a sense of it. They're about the same as Nike. I usually wear 11.5 or 12, and the 12 I picked for these fit just right. There are comments about the boots squeaking a little, which I've found to be true. It's not the tread against the floor, but compression of the inner heel. I purchased gel inserts to snug them up a bit and there's some reduction of the squeak. It's not bad. I like them a lot so far. I previously purchased Oakley's Sabot boot, for a similar price, and its heels wore clean through after 6 months of working backstage at a theatre - not exactly "tactical" work. Hoping these outlast that. No pinch points from the tongue on these as a few others have described either -

I have been a VFD for 20 years.I just entered EMT Basic class, and the entire class (20+) immediately noticed the extreme high quality of the UA boot. They all wanted to know where I purchased them.My theory has always been one = none, and I will be purchasing a second pair.I have multiple pairs of similar items, and they just don't hold up like UA; Please consider these as your primary pair, and use another brand as your backup.They are super comfortable, conform to your foot in a few days, and feel like running shoes.Plus 10 for Under Armour.

My husband is a helicopter pilot. He needed some new boots to go to work. These boots are extremely light weight and very comfortable. It took about a week to break them in, but he is loving the difference from his old flight boots from the army. Definately a good buy.

Great boots. I worked in a job that required me to stand in place for upwards of 7 hours at a time, and these boots made doing so much easier. They breathe incredibly well, which unfortunately means that they're not waterproof and won't keep extreme cold out, but will help keep you a little cooler in warmer weather. The only downside that I found to these boots is that they are not slip-resistant whatsoever. Watch your step when in wet weather.

Was a comfortable boot. Felt very much like a sneaker. But after almost a year of wearing it, the sole started separating from the rest of the boot. Expected better from UA. Very disappointing.

UPDATE MAY 15, 2016: Trust me do not buy these boots, I have had them only 7 months and they are falling apart with only normal wear. The heels on both boots are becoming detached, the tips on the boots are coming apart. With all the hype around Under Armour you would expect they would care about their quality....So disappointing.

Great tactical boot. But when it comes to water on a smooth concrete surface, they turn into ice skates. I've worn basketball shoes that handled a simple puddle way better. Other than that, no complaints. Extremely comfortable and light weight. I can see them only lasting a year though. But can't go wrong on that under amour lifetime guarantee

These are my second pair. I had a sandy coloured pair and I wore them out after 4 years. Excellent and comfortable. I know that some people are putting negative reviews about these but I can't speak highly enough about them. Think of them as the best most comfy trainers you have aver had, but in boot form and you get these.

Son ligeras, cómodas y no recalientan el pie. Se puede trabajar todo el día con ellas sin problema. Son justo lo que necesitaba.
