not at all pure extra olive oil
I bought this 2-litre Italian extra virgin oil from Costco and refrigerated it for 27 hours. The extra virgin oil remained liquid and not solid, not even a bit, as it should have turned if it was genuine extra virgin olive oil.I am deeply disappointed. Even the much cheaper Aldi brand olive oil becomes solid in the store which is not a fridge.
