I’m not a girl who swallows pills very well, so having a chewable tablet is exciting. I take a therapeutic dose, which is 5,000 mgs to alleviate peripheral neuropathy. It really helps.

I've been using this particular brand and dosage of B12 for years. I don't know what I'd do without them. I don't mind the flavor or the red tongue they give me :) Good value on the 2 pack. I'll continue to buy these quality B12 Lozenges. I just hope NOW doesn't discontinue them.

Pleasant taste dissolves easily. I notice when I fail to take this. Fatigue. B12 with Methyl being the key word with B12 I am told. All B12 is not created equally

Taste good. Desolve very fast. Very effective. I feel the B12 working after 10 from taking it. Aldo helps a lot in regulating my sleep.

Even my podiatrist said to stop my expensive $55 per month prescription med, not covered by insurance, and take only this relatively cheap OTC alt. The expensive prescription med had Methyl B-12 as the main ingredient anyway, so why pay overpay for a couple other vitamins.Significant reduction in symptoms for me, backed up by lab nerve tests. Maybe it won't help everyone, but I think it is wonderful. Docs have indicated no other treatment, though my case in mild (maybe because I started Methyl B12 very early after diagnosis based upon my Internet research)... Methyl B-12 supposedly rebuilds nerve tissue, as my labs have indicated. Hope it helps others too.
