MoleskineClassic Notebook, Hard Cover, XL (7.5" x 9.5") Ruled/Lined, Reef Blue, 192 Pages

I write daily and have many many moleskine books from over the years. The paper is excellent and doesn’t cause ink to smear or run. It’s excellently made and incredibly sturdy. They are worth the price if you want a good notebook that is important to you. I like this size because the paper is full sheet size. I have other sizes too for when I want something small for notes. All of them are great. Excellent brand. Haven’t found one better yet. Also very Gift-able they usually have special ones set on a theme. I guess I would like it if more patterns and covers were available. But there is soMething lovely about the simplicity too. They also have different fabric covers now. I haven’t checked those out yet. Anyone who writes would love it. They also have sketch books and other types other than lined so definitely a great gift.

Although I'm not traveling anymore, these notebooks are my absolute favorite for work. The cover is nice and sturdy and always looks presentable in front of clients. The elastic strap and pocket in the back cover helps keep everything well contained. I feel the "large" size is just right... small enough to fit easily into any bag while leaving large enough spaces on each page to take good notes. Worth every dime in my opinion

I have been using a smaller Moleskine for several years for weekly to do lists (I prefer to keep them paper). I lately moved into a new position at work and must attend many meetings--I've been using this larger Moleskine to take meeting notes so that they are all in one place. Now, admittedly, I'm an older GenXer so I feel very comfortable taking copious notes longhand, so this works for me. The book is sturdy, with a handy ribbon to keep your place. There's also an elastic band built-in so that you can keep it closed. I will definitely buy again!

This journal is exactly as I hoped it would be. I love the narrow lines on the pages because I can fit more writing on each page. It is my second Moleskine in this size and the last one held up well when fully used up. The color is beautiful and the texture of the cover is not slippery, but smooth. Very nice. These are pricey books but worth it for a journal you plan to keep.

The paper in these notebooks has very bad properties of bleed-through when using fountain pens on them. The ink seems to get sucked into the paper and lose a lot of its color. It's so bad I gave up on using both sides of the paper - partly because of the bleed through and partly because it will get me through the notebook faster so I can replace it with something from Leuchtturm, whose paper are far superior. Also, this notebook does not have numbered pages. I expect that in a cheap spiral, but not this supposedly premium product. Absolutely not worth the price. If it cost $15 it would be a maybe. At almost $30, hard pass.

Great journal, love the larger size. Very sturdy and pretty blue color.

Usually love this product. Pages were warped as if they’d gotten damp. Couldn’t tell u til I opened the plastic on the notebook. Very disappointed.

Usually, one of my biggest frustrations with Amazon is something tiny arriving in a huge box. Unsure why a book would arrive with no protective packaging meaning it was damaged. Annoying as the beauty of a new notebook is that it is pristine!

If you're looking at purchasing this then I assume you know that Moleskine notebooks as great anyway

It feels so good to write on this one. All I can ask for is a larger notebook

Ad on Amazon states this is an A4 notebook. It isn't. A4 is 210 x 297mm, this is 190 x 250mm so only about three quarters th size of A4.

This product is described as A4... clearly it isn’t so be wary if that’s what you want/need as you will be disappointed!
