Item was in excellent condition
Was happy to stumble upon these tweezers as mine were stolen, and got the last ones and around 10 dollars less then retail, they were used but when arrived they feel and look new

Great product for Alaskan salmon or even a rock fish!
I purchased fish bone tweezers a few years ago after getting tired of using needle nose pliers. They are a little spendy, but they have held up extremely well. I'm sure I've picked the pin bones out of several hundred Alaska salmon now and these are extemely easy to use. Several of my friends tried cheaper ones but not very pleased.

These worked great for pulling the bones out of salmon. Make sure you grip the bones and pull them straight out, if you pull at any angle to how they are in the meat, they tend to break off.

Great Tweezers!
I was able to remove bones from salmon fillets faster than I ever could with regular tweezers. Only thing to note is that the metal is not magnetic and won’t stick onto a knife bar.

This is better than the standard tweezers I’ve had previously- nice broad grasping end.

Pulls Bones Cleanly from Coho Salmon
Had a good year fly fishing for Coho in AK, big 16-17 Pounders. These bone tweezers do the trick, and leave your fish looking nice afterwards. Tip: Locate a pin bone, and grip it lightly at the tip. Slide down the bone a bit, pressing into the flesh slightly. Tighten grip and pull out straight. My smoked fish will look even better this year!

Nice looks but.....
I had this product for a while... I have paid quite some money for the Global branded item...I butcher fish among other things on daily basis, as a chef... Performance wise it really works good with bigger fish and bones but it lucks charisma in certain tasks and its more "bulky" than other designs.... The design is good visually and the quality of the product is there ,but i wouldn't part with my trusted fish bone pliers and the set of cheapo japanese tweezers (slanted and straight tip) as they perform good on most occasions....Maybe a redesign in the future will do justice to the price......
