Directions

Mix 1.5 scoops (approximately 5g) with 1000ml water. Glycerol is best consumed before, during and after exercise, ideally on an empty stomach. Warning: This product must be consumed with lots of water, otherwise it can cause dehydration. Note: We advise that all servings are measured using an accurate set of scales. While we make every attempt to provide an accurate equivalent measure using our PREMIUM RAWS™ scoops, these are only approximate and are not a substitute for using a standardised measuring device.
