Very Bright!
I bought the reflective glow belt to put around my backpack while riding my motorcycle to give motorists a more visible & brighter object to see (other than my black bag) and to use while working out late at night or in the early morning hours. It came as described & works really well.

It's a little to short. I favor the Brigade Quartermaster 59 inch belt with a thin buckle.

Great Visability. Also doubles as a collar for cattle.
I use this hi-visability belt as a collar to help me identify cows during nighttime calving. It shows up great on the infrared camera. Photo is nighttime shot with IR camera only. Elasticity makes it a safe collar should they get it caught. The buckle is very heavy duty, even for a cow!
