Product is very good.

I ordered this bag after reading through description and reviews. I got the delivery of the item quickly and I was surprised due to couple of reasons. 1) The material of bag is much more superior than expected. Liked that very much 2) The inner cloth material is way more superior. Loved that very much. 3) The build quality/stitching is perfect 4) Size and weight of the bag is almost same as expected. This was just great! 5) However; the long belt of the hand bag of missing.I liked the bag very very much and I didn't want to return the bag. But the long belt was still a necessary requirement for me. So I contacted Flying Berry customer care with my problem details about missing belt.I was even more surprised the way Flying Berry customer care unit handled my complaint on high priority. The customer care personnel was good in communication & understanding; with full focus on solving customer's problem. Flying Berry sent me the missing belt. Now my favorite became perfect!!!Thank you Flying Berry for this awesome product with totally great customer assistance provided.

Good quality...received very nicely...belt and zip of purse are of good quality...its same as shown in pic ... ordered begin color ..and received as I wanted to have..even i received a paytm cashback 30rs offer inside bag..which was surprise😉....loved the purse material inside and outside both...thank u 😍

Bag is good. Nice looking and good quality. It deserves 4 star, but I rated 3 star because, they are offering paytm cash back of 30 rupees if we rate 5 star. This is wrong.

The outer layer of the bag started coming out only after one time use..... Don't buy

I ordered in the colour purple, it’s definitely more or a grey-pink colour but I still love it. The quality is a alot better than I expected. A great purchase. 10/10 would recommend.
