I bought these because they are advertised as 100% new, but they sure seem to be refurbed. Installation instructions refers to them as "recycled." In the set of 4, two of them (black and cyan) had broken plastic parts--the shaft that lifts the developer cover. Therefore, I couldn't even close the printer door. Photos show one of these broken ones and one unbroken one from my own (yellow) cartridge. Shafts were broken and missing before they were packed because the broken ends were not inside the black plastic bags.I managed to replace the broken part with good parts from my old cartridges (though manipulating the tiny spring was a PITA). So far, the print quality is OK.

These toner cartridges are plainly advertised as New (not recycled) and Made in USA. The boxes the cartridges came in are clearly labeled as Made in China. The installation instructions packaged with each cartridge states: "Thank you for choosing our recycled laser toner cartridges." If you are looking for Made in USA quality and a New toner cartridge, these are not the units to purchase.

Toner supplies seem to be as specified, but only time will tell with added use.

The shipping was quick, and the print quality is comparable to the previous HP cartridges.

Printer is printing well after replacing cartridges with these. No problems. Installed easily.
