I was very concerned about ordering this because it didn't provide measurements. And I have been disappointed with costumes running too small in the past. This will fit a female plus size who wears a 2x or even a 3x or larger. There is ample room in the waist. Plenty long enough for an average female with length to spare. At first glance, the neckline looks too small to step into. But not a problem as it stretches to accommodate without any issues. And I just want to say that is is an absolutely hysterical clown costume and super comfy to walk and sit in. The belly ring is a very flexible wire, not a hula hoop, and it snaps right back to its shape after being sat on. A plus is that you will feel very thin once you take it off!

Oh my goodness this was so fun!! My husband is thin and this on him was hysterically funny and awesome!! I’m chubby and it fit me great and it was very comfortable. Great costume 👍🏽

I loved, loved it and I looked great in it. It was comfortable. Easy to put on; everything fit beside the hat even too big with my wig on so I decided not to wear, didn't get too hot walking in the parade with it on. This was a great costume overall.

I'm only 5'6" and this costume was very short and didn't come up to my neck. Disappointed to say the least.

The costume is very cute. The neckline is elasticized and is somewhat large-I've had to use a safety pin to reduce the size so that it doesn't fall off of the shoulders. The waist ring is also large. To reduce the size of the ring, you can open the seam holding the ring near the place where the ends of the ring come together. You can feel a small tubular connector at this point. After opening the seam, pull the ring apart at the tubular junction, clip off the amount of ring that will create the diameter of costume that you desire, and then reinsert the ends of the ring material into the connector tube. A bit of glue on the ends of the tubular connector will hold things together.

I'm 5'11 and I feel the costume fit well. A lot of complaints on the costume.

This outfit is adorable, especially because of the hoop waistline. I washed it after Halloween and there were a lot of loose threads afterward, but otherwise, it held up well and will be ready for next year. The design of it seems like it would accommodate a wide range of body sizes. I'm 5'6" and 135 pounds.
