Harden off before transplanting
These sprouted great once I moved them outside they didn’t make it sadly. I probably didn’t harden them off correctly.

Not the color or type it’s supposed to be
Only a few came up white I planted light pink and white same number. Got red, pink, hot pink, red, lots of purple, maroon. Pretty colors but 90% were NOT Peony style but rather regular looking poppy but still the same stems as the peony ones. I did have very good germination rate I grew two entire packages of seeds. I gave away a lot. They will need support to hold them up they have hallow stalks and break and fall very easily. Bees love them.

Not as advertised
Bought and planted a bunch of these and was super excited to see them bloom. Was very disappointed. The very few that survived past seedlings are not as advertised. They are not full multilayered like peonies. And so far one has a dark purple bloom instead of white.

500 Peony Poppy Seeds
These peony poppy seeds are really tiny, yet will produce some really nice flowers. I have planted poppy seeds before, and they normally have a high rate of germination. I planted these two different ways. I first planted 12 of the seeds in seperate soil pods. This makes it really easy to transplant outside without disturbing the root system. I just lay the seeds on top of the soil pods and keep them moist. The second way I planted these is by tossing them in an area of my garden that is 6 feet by 4 feet. It is recommended that you have around 6 inches between each plant. I am able to accomplish this pretty well by tossing them. Make sure it is not a windy day when you toss them. Once again, be sure to try and keep the soil moist while waiting for the seeds to germinate. I will try and update this review once the seeds germinate and are growing.
