Absolutely loved it. it gives you feel like you are doing the really hard workout on your biceps and abs. I have never had time to go to the gym and workout professionally. However, I saw my friend using this item and he is already seeing change in his body. Good product for the value
Excellent ab simulator, works as expected. The device has variable vibrations and u can feel the work it does. After the 20 minutes electronics massage, my muscle really get released. The 10 free gel pads and the extra free massager is an added bonus. I highly recommended it to those who want to get in shape! Definitely worth trying.

Read this I'm honest
The thing for your arms are for real but the thing for abs I can barley feel I don't know if it's cause my belly is still a little big for little some weight I put the things for my arms on my stomach and they were way better put one on bottom quadrant and one on top
