The product was fine but the first order said they had delivered before christmas when it hadn't. The pre-order came after christmas. Disappointing.

I had reviewed these already and they were working at the time...however... black seems to put a lot of ink on the paper and the colour cartridge has just packed up and won't work in my printer. There is something to be said for buying originals

These don't appear to have lasted well, although the printimg was fineHowever,I received excellent customer service and was offered a refund or replacement, so perhaps I was unfortunate.

the printing ink arrived in good time and was inserted into my home printer. I used the printer on average for approximately 4 sheets of A4 a week. When I tried to print yesterday my printer advised that one or both of the printer cartridges was not working. I checked and rechecked and then found to my disappointment that the colour printer cartridge was dry. Very very disappointed with this product as lasted less than 4 weeks.

Rubbish the ink dries up really quickly followed the guide lines to refresh it but it dies not work

Had a problem with missing lines , contacted seller who responded quickly telling me how to rectify. Simply cleaning head the printing is now perfect and has been for over 100pages
