I have been suffering from Chondromalacia Patellae for the last decade. Naturally, it puts a lot of pressure on my knees even when walking, especially when climbing stairs. This product arrived yesterday but I felt the difference immediately. I am never one to leave a review this quickly but this product helps. Its giving me good support and climbing stairs a breeze whilst wearing these. It also has a good grip because I did not adjust it once during the day. Additionally, its not bulky like other knee braces which means its easier to wear on a variety of clothes. I know for a fact that I will be able to make a lot more use out of these than all the other braces I own.

I often get knee pain hours after running and googled what my options were and I kept seeing that these bands might help. I've been on three runs now with one on my bad knee and I've had no pain since. It stays firmly strapped to my knee, doesn't move and I'm not even aware of it once it's on. It's been a game changer and I've been pleasantly surprised at how much it's helped on my runs.

I've had knee pain and problems on and off for years, normally when it goes and moves from side to side I just use a compression bandage for a few days and it's fine, this time it wasn't.For the last 3 weeks I have had issues with my right knee, constantly clicking and locking when getting up and an increase in pain generally so I started looking at knee braces to help in the short term. I had seen the knee straps before and asked if any of my friends had used one as it's more suitable for work then a full knee brace. After getting some good feedback on how effective they were I decided to try it myself.I looked at a lot of reviews and the Bodyprox seem to get good reviews so I opted for them.I used them for the first time yesterday just around the house and was amazed that the clicking and locking stopped when I was getting up for the sitting position and the pain level had decreased to below what was normal before I injured it a few weeks ago.Today's test was walking so I went for a 3 mile walk this morning and have to say the results are outstanding. I've had absolutely no issues with walking today, not even on hills and again there's the decrease in pain level. Obviously I'm not going to go mad and let my knee heal but it's allowed me to get on with things normally for the time being.In all I think I made the right choice and it was an excellent purchase and worth every penny.
