Do not expect high bass but balanced and also depends on the device. quality is good. Battery life is as described. If your are expecting ear vibrating bass better go with beats solo or Bose .. NC works fine ....

Sometime I am getting an beep sound while adjusting a headset I think it's due to faulty or bad restoration of product and track change button was not working properly for me it's getting stricken at one end also switch on off buttons are very hard to operate and it's suddenly goes for mute can I have replacement with another with much good condition

Excellent Audio quality, almost as good as new & value for money.

Delivery was ok; no complaints. Was a bit annoyed that the headphones required some cleaning out of the box but otherwise the refurbished item looked and worked fine. Pairing with my S8+ wasn't that instant: I had to use NFC. Took several attempts to pair with my macbook but that's a macbook issue (device discovery is terrible).I'm not an audiophile so I'll give a layman's view. Sound is not bass heavy. I don't like heavy bass so I don't mind it. As other reviews say - it's neutal. Max volume is on the lower side.Noise cancelling is actually noise reduction. You can still hear a person talking a few feet away. It's better with music on. Used it on a flight without music and it helped dampen the noise.I charged it the day I received it and have been using it intermittently. Yesterday a voice notification suggested 6-12 hours of battery.I primarily bought this for conferencing, and it has performed satisfactorily.One feature that needs improvement is the size of the padded ear cups. They are too narrow. Definitely NOT around ear! Cannot use them for long periods of time. False advertising in my view.The carry case is provides protection from scratches but not more.The locking connector cable is a bit fiddly.Overall, am happy... so far. I would be reluctant to pay full price but happy with the refurbished one.

Excellent. Got the carrying case, the manual, as well as the charging cable and the locking aux cable. The packaging could be better, but the headphones were absolutely like new. No scratches, no dents.If you have large ears, this might hurt you a bit. The sound is balanced, clear highs, and adequate bass, it doesn't overpower the vocals. You could however apply an EQ if you needed the extra boom.This uses NoiseGard which is does completely cancel noise. NoiseGard mostly focuses on low frequency noises, like fans, cabin noises inside a plane, train, normal office noises etc. Don't compare these with Bose and Sony noise cancellation.That being said, the noise cancellation it offers works brilliantly, in an office you can completely feel alone and block the noise.Great headphone and is a banger for below 6K.
